GENERAL RULES FOR ACCESS AND USE OF THE PORTAL

Access to and use of this Portal are subject to the terms of this Legal Notice, without prejudice to the fact that accessing certain services may require acceptance of specific conditions.. 

  • Any use made of the Portal or of the services included therein implies acceptance of the legal terms of this Legal Notice.
  • Access to the Portal and the proper use of the information contained therein are the responsibility of the individual who carries out these actions, and JEGAN S.A.L. will not be held responsible for any incorrect, unlawful, or negligent use made by the user.
  • The posting or transmission of any illegal, defamatory, or obscene material, or any material that could constitute or induce behavior that might be classified as a crime, incur civil liability, or otherwise violate any law, is prohibited.
  • JEGAN S.A.L. assumes no responsibility for statements or opinions, including those expressed in the forums or chats on the Portal.
  • JEGAN S.A.L. reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to its Portal at any time, without prior notice, to those users who fail to comply with these general conditions.
  • JEGAN S.A.L. cannot assume any liability for the use or access made by users outside of the scope for which the Portal is intended, nor for any consequences that may arise from the Portal’s or its services’ or contents’ lack of usefulness, suitability, or validity for satisfying specific needs, activities, or results, nor for the outcomes that may result from the practical application of opinions, recommendations, or studies accessed through the Portal, whose final responsibility shall always lie with the user.
  • JEGAN S.A.L. expressly prohibits the practice of “framing” or the use by third parties of any other mechanisms that alter the design, original configuration, or contents of its Portal.

  1. Content of the Portal
    The purpose of the Portal is to promote the activities carried out and the services provided by GreenCastSea, so the information contained therein does not constitute a binding offer.
    The contents of the Portal are updated periodically.
    Since the information is not updated immediately, we suggest you always verify the validity and accuracy of the information contained on the Portal.

  2. Industrial and Intellectual Property Rights
    The design, content, and source code of the Portal, as well as the logos, trademarks, and other distinctive signs that appear on it, belong to JEGAN S.A.L. and are protected by the corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights. Therefore, their use, reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, or any other similar or analogous activity is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by JEGAN S.A.L.
    JEGAN S.A.L. may freely use any idea, concept, knowledge, or technique appearing in any communication sent by the user to the Portal for any purpose.

  3. Viruses and Technological Failures
    JEGAN S.A.L. does not control or guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements in the content that may cause alterations to the user’s computer system (software and hardware), documents, or files.
    Therefore, JEGAN S.A.L. is not responsible for any damages that the user may suffer as a result of the presence of viruses or other elements on the Portal.
    JEGAN S.A.L. cannot guarantee the absence of technological failures or the permanent availability of the Portal and its services. Consequently, it assumes no liability for any damages that may result from the lack of availability or failures in access.

  4. Information Security
    JEGAN S.A.L. cannot guarantee that information transmissions over the Internet are completely secure, as there are multiple factors beyond JEGAN S.A.L.’s control.
    JEGAN S.A.L. will not be held responsible for any damages the user may suffer due to possible contingencies in the transmission of information, such as data loss or unauthorized access by third parties.
    Nevertheless, please be informed that JEGAN S.A.L. maintains a security policy regarding data processing.

  5. Cookies
    In order to tailor the services offered to your preferences, JEGAN S.A.L. may use “cookies.”
    “Cookies” are pieces of information that web servers store on a hard drive so they can remember information about the user.
    The “cookie” files themselves cannot be used to reveal the user’s identity, nor do they contain personal, financial, or health information.

    The Portal may include advertising by JEGAN S.A.L. or by third-party advertisers that we believe may be of interest to users.
    JEGAN S.A.L. does not provide user information to advertisers, except anonymous statistical data regarding Portal usage, with the purpose of improving the service and offering products in line with users’ expectations.
    Nonetheless, JEGAN S.A.L. informs you that advertisers and suppliers may, through the use of cookies, obtain information about users, their use of the services, and their movements online.
    Since JEGAN S.A.L. has no involvement in how advertisers may use such information, JEGAN S.A.L. is not responsible for the collection of information by these companies.

    JEGAN S.A.L. provides access to other web pages that we consider may be of interest to you.
    However, these pages do not belong to JEGAN S.A.L., nor does it review their contents. Therefore, JEGAN S.A.L. cannot be held responsible for their content, the functioning of the linked page, or any damages that might arise from accessing or using it.
    Linking any web page or email address to the Portal is not permitted without the express written authorization of JEGAN S.A.L., which may be revoked at any time.
    The establishment of such a link does not imply any type of agreement, contract, sponsorship, or recommendation by JEGAN S.A.L. of the linked page.

  8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
    Any dispute relating to the conditions of use and access to this Portal set forth in this Legal Notice shall be governed by Spanish law. The parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction to which they might be entitled and submit to the courts and tribunals as determined by law.
